Staffing changes are never easy...
Staffing changes are never easy and providing your outgoing employees with outplacement assistance is something you want to do to ease the transition. However, those big outplacement agencies are often impersonal and formulaic. Our goal is to be different. We offer three outplacement packages for all of your needs:
• Career Boot Camp: A Self-Directed Guide through Career Transition. This unique program is a fully-contained self-directed career coaching program that includes assessments, assistance with résumés and interviewing, as well as two complete modules devoted to face-to-face and social media networking, among many other career transition tools. This program includes audio, PowerPoint, worksheets and a weekly check-in with a credentialed career coach. A password-protected website provides additional assistance and collaboration opportunities for participants. This program is available in quantities of 1 to many and price breaks for multiple purchases are available. To learn more about this comprehensive and affordable tool for any business, big or small, click here.
• Group. For employers experiencing cut backs that impact a large number of employees, group coaching classes may be the most affordable and effective approach. As a matter of fact, we recommend group outplacement services whenever possible because these build on the relationships already in place among the employees and have found that these group opportunities allow for faster breakthroughs and greater support. Group classes cover all of the basic career transition topics, including résumés, interviewing, networking, budgeting and financial management, coping, basic skills training, and career self-management. Programs can be tailored for one or multiple days.
• Individual. One-on-one facilitated outplacement services with extended coaching for highly skilled, technical and leader positions that require a more customized approach for career transition. Programs lengths vary from a few sessions to several months.
Our outplacement programs can be customized for any level of program and appeal to a broad range of budgets and needs. Call today to discuss options and learn more about our team of career and life experts ready to assist you.

DiSC Assessments
Organizations worldwide have embraced the language of DiSC®, pioneered by Inscape Publishing over 30 years ago. Millions of people have gained insight about themselves and others through the DiSC-based learning instruments. The DiSC model provides nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions:
Dominance: Direct and Decisive. D’s are strong-willed, strong-minded people who like accepting challenges, taking action, and getting immediate results.
Influence: Optimistic and Outgoing. I’s are “people people” who like participating on teams, sharing ideas, and energizing and entertaining others.
Steadiness: Sympathetic and Cooperative. S’s are helpful people who like working behind the scenes, performing in consistent and predictable ways, and being good listeners.
Conscientiousness: Concerned and Correct. C’s are sticklers for quality and like planning ahead, employing systematic approaches, and checking and re-checking for accuracy.
Every day, organizations use DiSC to establish a common language, paving the way for successful training and coaching applications. Detailed, personalized information helps people apply DiSC learning to specific business situations, including sales, leadership development, customer service, and conflict resolution.

Your webinar opened my eyes to at least 6 new ways to use LinkedIn without taking up a lot of my time. I can’t believe how much I was underutilizing this system and how simple it is to make amazing and meaningful connections that will help my business grow. Thank you so much for making LinkedIn so easy to understand.
- Meredith L.
Everyone should take BoldlyGO's Networking Skills Seminar. Before this class I felt like networking was an intimidating task that revolved around “selling” myself to complete strangers. It’s clear to me now that my impression was completely and utterly false. I now have the confidence I need to start the process of making changes in my career happen. I wish I would have been able to take this class four years ago when I was entering into the workforce after college. It would have made my transition into the corporate world much easier and I think I would have advanced in my career much sooner.
- Anna H.
Great seminar! I’ve typically had fear and anxiety associated with networking, but this seminar really turned that around. The seminar was very comprehensive. I feel I now have a strategy and the tools necessary to be successful in securing quality leads for my job search.
- Michelle T.
As a business professional, this course did more than reinforce networking as a practice reserved only for the office. It helped me understand the value of networking and the “constant” network approach. By constantly evaluating and communicating with one’s contacts, this practice should become part of a regular routine. One of the greatest benefits I derived from this course was realizing that regular communication with contacts is key to maintaining a strong network, and that contacts can vary widely from the letter carrier to the direct client!
Thank you for your no-nonsense approach to understanding a topic that is perceived by many as difficult, intimidating or both.
Tom B.

Downsizing with Compassion:
In this economy, many businesses are considering downsizing as the only viable option to stay afloat. Downsizing, while stressful for everyone involved, doesn’t have to be without compassion. This presentation is combined with discussion about utilizing outplacement resources to help the downsized employee transition more smoothly and, ideally, more quickly to control employer-related unemployment costs.

Platinum Communication:
There is a common saying that employees leave employers because of their managers, not their jobs. Coupled with the expensive, but often unrealized costs associated with turnover, simple steps can be taken to create an environment where communication is not the cause of employers and managers mistmatching. This focuses on exploring the DISC tool and how to use it to develop improved workplace communication.
